Roy Craigen was born into the trucking industry, with his first experiences coming as a young child driving trucks around the yard. Over the years, he has worked in every area of trucking except for mechanical work, building and managing large, award-winning fleets. Roy is the founder and president of Transcom Fleet Services, where he helps fleets of all sizes improve their operations without replacing their management. His approach is all about getting behind existing teams to provide practical help, from writing contracts to creating tailored training programs. Roy’s philosophy is rooted in a lifetime of trucking experience, focusing on mentorship, long-term sustainability, and a deep respect for the responsibilities trucking professionals carry on the road.
