Starting his journey at a large freight brokerage, Alex quickly moved from basic dispatch tasks to building his own book of business, gaining valuable insights into both customer service and carrier relationships. That early exposure gave him the confidence to co-found a trucking company, where he now manages operations, driver hiring, and growth strategy. His ability to understand the full logistics picture—from the road to the dock—sets him apart in an industry where many only see one side.

After experiencing a major cargo theft incident while brokering a high-value load, Alex was inspired to develop OnSight, a driver check-in and fraud prevention platform designed for shippers. Today, OnSight is actively piloting with real customers, helping improve visibility and reduce risk at the pickup point. Alex’s work highlights how real-world problems can fuel innovation, especially when paired with deep operational knowledge.
