Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Matt leads with a deep understanding of both people and process — shaped by a 20-year career in the automotive industry and a bold leap into logistics from the ground floor.

After leaving the auto world just shy of completing his college degree, Matt took an entry-level broker position at Route Consultant. Driven by a passion for leadership and a willingness to start over, he rapidly climbed the ranks to Regional Sales Director, Vice President of Sales, and now CEO. His journey is rooted in mentorship, a people-first mindset, and a deep respect for operational excellence.

At Route Consultant, Matt oversees a team that provides consulting, education, and M&A guidance for logistics business owners.
