After his military service, Robert transitioned into the civilian sector, where he earned his CDL-A independently and spent over a decade as a truck driver. Determined to expand his impact, he pursued a degree in Logistics and transitioned to the office side of the industry, excelling in roles such as Logistics Operations Manager, Transportation Supervisor, and Senior Account Manager in freight brokerage.

Now, as the co-host of The Logistics Lounge Podcast, Robert shares his passion for mentorship and the logistics industry by creating a platform for professionals to connect, learn, and grow. Known for his approachable demeanor and insightful commentary, Robert emphasizes the importance of perseverance, relationships, and embracing technology to navigate the challenges of modern logistics.
