After earning his CDL and building a successful fleet, Larry recognized the challenges drivers face when transitioning to owner-operators. Combining his business expertise with hands-on industry experience, Larry developed an 18-month apprenticeship program to teach aspiring trucking professionals the fundamentals of business management.
